There was a version of me that was extremely good at life on paper. Corporate. Capable. Always optimising. The only feelings that made it through were frustration when things went wrong, and satisfaction when they went right. Everything else stayed private. Tucked away somewhere I didn’t have to look at it.
Burnout changed that. Not dramatically. Gradually, and then all at once.
I found yoga. Then breath. And honestly? I didn’t even like breathwork the first time I tried it. But something kept pulling me back, because meditation felt impossible, and the breath offered something smaller. Something more forgiving. A way back into a body I’d been living above for a very long time.
One breath at a time. That was enough. It always is.
The work changed me before I ever thought to teach it.
I discovered that the body holds what the mind refuses to feel. That feelings, when they’re finally given space, don’t overwhelm you. They move through. And they leave something cleaner behind.
I discovered that trust in yourself isn’t something you build by thinking harder or working it out. It builds in the body. Breath by breath. Over time.
I started facilitating because people kept asking what had shifted in me. And because I understood, from the inside, what it costs to be capable and completely disconnected at the same time. That understanding is what makes this work what it is. Not the credentials. Not the training hours. The knowing.
THE PATH THAT BROUGHT ME HERE
I’ve spent over a decade in the space where personal development meets the body. I trained extensively. More than 700 hours of yoga teacher training, advanced energy coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, EFT, nervous system and trauma work, and breathwork. Not to collect qualifications. Because each thing I learned opened a door the last one couldn’t.
I founded SOULBODY BREATH® to bring all of it together inside a method that is structured enough to hold you safely, and spacious enough to let your body lead.
Since then I’ve facilitated hundreds of individual and group sessions across Europe. I’ve trained facilitators who are now holding space in their own communities. I’ve built a breathwork school that I’m genuinely proud of. One that is as rigorous as it is warm, as professional as it is human.
I teach from lived experience. I hold space from genuine understanding. And I bring alongside all of it, a steadiness, a realness, and honestly, a sense of humour that I think makes the hard stuff a little more bearable.

The body is not something to manage. It is the wisest guide you have.
Feeling is not the soft option. It is the most direct route to everything you’ve been searching for.
The dream you’re carrying is not a fantasy. It’s information. Your soul showing you the direction.
You cannot think your way into trust. But you can breathe your way there.
And the most radical thing you can do right now, in a world that rewards speed, output, and constant doing, is slow down and actually feel.
The body holds what the mind can’t process. And the breath, which is ancient, intelligent, always available, is the most direct path into it.
A LITTLE MORE OF ME
I’m based in Berlin, with summers in New Zealand and sessions happening online everywhere in between.
I make the morning cups before the day starts for me and my husband. It’s a small ritual, but it’s mine. I move my body in whatever way it needs that day. Sometimes intensity, sometimes slow, sometimes just stillness. I connect to the Divine before I teach, because it helps me set the container before anyone arrives. And after every session, I do the reset, which is my own clearing practice, so I come back to myself before I show up for anyone else.
I work with heart-forward people. Creatives, entrepreneurs, seekers, professionals. People who feel deeply and give generously and have started to wonder why it still doesn’t feel like enough. People who are ready, even if they’re a little scared, to stop living above themselves and actually come home.
If that’s you, I’m so glad you’re here.
Big love to you – Jenni
