Train to hold more than a breathwork technique

Train to meet the person

SOULBODY BREATH® is a 200-hour professional facilitator training for those who want to guide breathwork with scientific understanding, embodied skill and deep respect for the person in front of them.

Learn to create powerful experiences, respond confidently to what unfolds and build a practice rooted in your own voice. No performance, rigid scripts or borrowed authority.

The breath is the technique. The person is the practice.

Which sounds most like what you're looking for?

Breathwork is more than knowing what breathing pattern to guide

It is knowing how to meet the person breathing. How to understand what may be happening in their body and nervous system. How to respond when emotion, activation, resistance or vulnerability enters the room. How to adapt a session without losing its intention. And how to create a space where people remain connected to their own agency throughout the experience.

a method with structure, that leaves space for being human

SOULBODY BREATH® is a somatic breathwork method designed to support people in feeling, expressing, regulating and integrating what is already present within them.

It gives facilitators a clear framework to work within, without asking them to force every person through the same experience.

Because no two bodies breathe in the same way.

No two nervous systems respond in the same way.

And no meaningful session can be reduced to a sequence of instructions delivered on autopilot.

You will learn how to guide the breath while staying responsive to the person, the room and what is unfolding in real time.

What makes this training different

YOU ARE NOT ONLY LEARNING HOW TO LEAD A BREATHWORK SESSION

You are learning how to understand what the breath can open, how to recognise what may be happening beneath the surface and how to stay grounded when the experience does not follow a neat or predictable path.

THE SCIENCE OF THE BREATH

Understand how different breathing patterns affect the body, brain and nervous system, so you are not simply repeating techniques without knowing why or when to use them.

THE ART OF FACILITATION

Learn how to use your voice, presence, language, music and pacing to create experiences that feel clear, intentional and alive.

THE SKILL OF HOLDING SPACE

Develop the confidence to meet emotion, resistance, activation, vulnerability and silence without trying to fix, rush or overpower the person in front of you.

THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ROLE

Explore consent, ethics, power dynamics, boundaries and trauma-aware practice, so the work you offer is not only powerful, but responsible.

THE CONFIDENCE TO MAKE IT YOUR OWN

Learn a complete method without being trained to imitate your teacher. You will be supported to find your own voice, style and way of bringing the work into the world.
