MY KEY PRINCIPLES:

We move towards what feels good at a pace that cultivates trust and safety in your body. Nervous system work is relationship work, and all relationships are built on trust and safety before expansion and growth. We focus on small steps taken over time that don’t stretch you over your limit into dysregulation.

We create an internal state with less clutter, noise and external influence. Healing and growth doesn’t need to look a certain way. Often it’s the simplest, gentlest ways through that lead us towards lasting change. It’s what feels good in your body that works.

Your body is so much more than a vessel that carries you through life. It’s your teammate. It experienced life right alongside you, and has an opinion about everything that’s happened. These experiences live in your nervous system, and the energy can be moved when learn the language of your body and start to listen.

I’ve never felt like I truly fit in with the world. I am a dreamer. An optimist. A where there’s a will, there’s a way kinda woman. At least that’s one part of me. There’s also another part of me – the inner critic – and she can get really chatty sometimes.

As someone who experienced depression, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD and burnout, I know that there’s never just one way to healing. Sometimes it feels too much, other times too little. Sometimes you don’t know where to start and others you’re signing up to every free masterclass and self-help guru like there’s no tomorrow.

When I entered the self-help world both personally and professionally, I felt that there was something missing to what everyone was saying. There was (and still is) so much marketing jargon out there. It’s noisy and makes life feel more complicated than it needs to be.

Because at the end of the day, isn’t happiness what we all really want?

I knew there must be a code out there – a secret to happiness – and I wanted to find it. For myself. For others. For the world.

I became a certified NLP pratitioner, clinical hypnotherapist, EFT practitioner, TIMES Technique practitioner, life coach and energy coach. I did 700 hours of yoga teacher training. I committed to the works of Dr Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Matt Kahn, and yogic teachings.

I started to see past all the talk that’s creating an illusion of someone’s life in a way that makes it appear as though they have cracked the code. When in truth – most of the time – they haven’t.

What I’ve found to be true, is one pathway to happiness is simplicity. Find what makes your life feel simple. Clear out what doesn’t.

I also know that choosing the path of simplicity isn’t always easy. But when you’re connected with your body with a wide-open heart, you will always hear the guidance of your soul to guide you where you’re meant to be.
