SOULBODY BREATH™ is an immersive experience that activates self-awareness, releases stagnant energy and illuminates possibility. It transforms the way we heal, grow and live, through remembering the body’s intelligence and the soul’s wisdom.

It helps you build a trusting relationship with your body and life, establish safety within and access your personal freedom.

The methodology is a modern adaptation and evolution of ancient pranayama techniques that have been shared through the yogic lineages. Each journey weaves together movement, a meditation or quantum meditation, body wisdom and breathwork to support you with your personal and spiritual evolution.

WHAT DOES A SOULBODY BREATH™ JOURNEY LOOK LIKE?

Jenni guides you through a process of heart-connection, softening and surrender, and invites you deeper into your personal Truth with thought provoking questions.

There are key points in every journey, but no two journeys are truly alike.

Every experience begins with a grounding meditation, and closes with a sharing circle. In between, you are offered a topic or teaching, guided through a somatic process, receive a meditation or quantum meditation, and warm up the body through gentle movement. And, of course, a SOULBODY BREATH™ journey.

Healing isn’t about getting a result. It’s about bringing you closer to yourself, softening around the places that feel tight, and being compassionate and curious on the journey.

We work with proven somatic healing techniques that work with your energy and body’s intelligence.

Sometimes this is a simple listening technique, and others it’s a invitation to a deeper expression of what’s ready to be seen and heard.

MEDITATION

Meditation and grounding practices are integral to our journey. They help us to lower the volume on external distractions and turn our attention to our inner world.

In every journey you are guided into some form of meditation and grounding.

In longer experiences, you receive a quantum meditation.

Quantum meditation is my signature method to guide you into your creative power. It holds roots in the Upanishads, and connects us with the Hiranyagarbha that lives within all of us; the realm of pure potentiality.

It’s a unique meditation that invites your body into the conversation through relationship and sensations.

MUSIC

We find an ally in music.

From piano to hand pans, electronic to ethereal sounds, mantras to worship. It invites us to connect with the emotions that reside within, and carry them up and out to complete their expression.

Each journey will immerse you in a thoughtfully curated musical journey to evoke something deeper.

BREATHWORK

The breathwork journey is around 35 – 40  minutes which is carried over nine cycles. We use a combination of conscious breathing, breath retention and ancient pranayama techniques.

Each cycle guides you to a new space within as you build a stronger relationship with your breath.

The journey starts slower, gradually picking up to a peak at cycle 8, and then starts to slow down again.

Every person on the planet has experiences that live inside the body, and the breath can assist in clearing those energetic blocks, processing difficult emotions and letting go of the past, offering an increase in confidence, inner peace, alignment and emotional freedom.

As you clear through past limitations and see yourself with fresh eyes, you’ll be invited to decide on your next steps and how you want things to be. It’s a powerful time where you get to choose your destiny from a clear, rock-solid, whole place within.

A VEHICLE FOR YOUR TRANSFORMATION

SOULBODY BREATH™ is a vehicle that enables you to access non-ordinary states of consciousness, activate neuroplasticity and open the door to your subconscious. It is through activating and up-regulating the nervous system that we create an environment for suppressed emotions and accumulated stress to be released from the body; allowing the emotion to complete its full 90 second cycle that it was not able to in the moment of a difficult experience.

But that’s not all.

In this non-ordinary state, you have access to the quantum field; the place where anything can be created, received and healed.
