Breathwork facilitation becomes real when a session does not follow the plan. You need to understand what may be happening in the body and nervous system, and know when to continue, slow down, adapt or stop.
This training develops the judgement, presence and practical skill to respond without forcing the experience or overriding the person in front of you. Safety is not an extra layer added afterwards; it shapes the way you facilitate from the beginning.
Depth does not come from pushing people further or making a session more intense. It comes from creating enough safety for someone to stay connected to themselves as emotion, sensation or energy begins to move.
You will learn how to prepare participants, work with consent, recognise nervous-system responses and adapt the practice when needed. Safety, ethics and participant choice are not separate modules; they shape the way you facilitate from beginning to end.

Understand what the breath is doing in the body and why.
Learn how to recognise activation, protect participant agency and create choice without forcing intensity or interpretation.
Support people in grounding after a session, making sense of what they experienced and carrying useful insights into everyday life.
Leave with a code of ethics, consent guidance, intake forms, screening tools and clear protocols to support your professional practice.
Keep developing through graduate learning, mentorship and community after the training ends.
“The training far exceeded my expectations. The structured design and the versatility of the content opened my eyes to how deeply the breath can carry us, and to the healing impulses it holds for relating both to myself and to others.”
The SOULBODY BREATH® Facilitator training was a profoundly transformative experience for me during a period of my life in which I was struggling with major changes. I have been practicing breathwork since 2020 and first breathed with Jenni in the spring of 2022. I experienced her way of guiding as something truly special – clear, warm, and open. Over the following years, through many more breathwork sessions in which I came to know the power of the breath, the desire grew in me to become a facilitator myself. I was deeply grateful when Jenni told me she had designed a training program – and even more so when I learned I could receive a scholarship for it. The training far exceeded my expectations. The structured design and the versatility of the content opened my eyes to how deeply the breath can carry us, and to the healing impulses it holds for relating both to myself and to others. I learned to listen more attentively and discovered methods of self-reflection that now bring me greater awareness and fulfillment in my work with patients in physiotherapy, with students and course participants in self-defense, and—most importantly—in my private life with my six-year-old daughter, my fiancée, and my family. I greatly appreciated the breadth of the training – from anatomy and physiology, the history and traditions of breathwork, countless additional practices such as meditation and bodywork, to essential topics like trauma and spaceholding. Jenni’s way of teaching was equally inspiring: highly competent, deeply knowledgeable, incredibly patient, with heartfelt attentiveness to each participant’s process, and a wonderful sense of humor. Anyone who wishes to bring the power of breath into the world should go through a comprehensive training like this – one that is not about competition between different systems and methods, but about always keeping healing and human growth, both inner and outer, at the center.
The breath opens access to the body, emotions and the parts of experience that are often held beneath the surface.
Participants slow down enough to notice sensation, emotion and energy, so the body becomes part of the conversation.
Movement, sound, touch and somatic practices support what is ready to move without forcing a release.
Each journey begins and ends with awareness, helping participants ground, witness what is present and return with greater clarity.
Create playlists that have their own emotional arc, using rhythm, tempo, texture, silence and transition to support the movement of a session.
Explore how consensual, intentional touch can offer grounding, encourage awareness and support someone in opening or softening.
Discover how essential oils can be used thoughtfully to shape atmosphere, support grounding or evoke a particular quality within a journey.
Master how to shape teachings, metaphors, reflections and stories that connect with the heart without becoming vague, overly scripted or emotionally manipulative.
As a facilitator, you are not there to give people answers. You are creating the conditions for them to hear themselves more clearly.
Through breath, body awareness and expression, participants may reconnect with emotion, move held energy and access a deeper sense of inner knowing. Sometimes the shift is powerful. Sometimes it is simply a fuller breath, a clearer boundary or a moment of feeling at home in themselves again.
Your role is not to create the outcome. It is to guide the process with enough skill, safety and space for something real to emerge.
I created SOULBODY BREATH® to bring together the parts of facilitator education that are often separated: breath science, embodied practice, ethical responsibility and the human skill of holding a room.
My role is not to train you to facilitate like me. It is to help you understand the work deeply, practise it safely and develop a way of guiding that feels grounded, capable and genuinely yours.
The people who join SOULBODY BREATH® come from different backgrounds, but they share a desire to guide this work with care and confidence. Their stories show what happens when knowledge, personal experience, practice and feedback are given time to come together.
“Choosing this training was one of the best decisions I’ve made, both for my personal growth and for my professional path. I came in wanting to learn more about the medicine of breath so I could curate spaces for transformation and occasionally facilitate sessions, but what I found was so much more.”
Choosing this training was one of the best decisions I’ve made, both for my personal growth and for my professional path. I came in wanting to learn more about the medicine of breath so I could curate spaces for transformation and occasionally facilitate sessions, but what I found was so much more. This training wasn’t just about breath. It touched on all the essential aspects of truly holding space for others in their most vulnerable moments, as well as for ourselves. Jenni created a container that was clear and structured, yet flexible enough to meet everyone’s unique learning needs. I always felt safe, seen, and supported in my process.
What stood out was Jenni’s unique blend of professionalism, compassion, deep knowledge, and her almost academic yet embodied approach to teaching. She leads with wisdom, clarity, softness, and firmness all at once, making the space both nurturing and empowering. And I loved her ‘nerdy’ passion for diving deep into the details! It made the whole experience not just inspiring, but also intellectually fulfilling. Because of this training, I feel empowered and fully prepared to step into the world as a breathwork facilitator. It has given me the confidence to align my work more closely with my passions, and to share the gift of breath with others. I would recommend this training wholeheartedly to anyone who feels called to teach breathwork, hold safe and transformative spaces, and truly become an expert in this field. It’s not just for those who want to experience breathwork, it’s for those ready to step into service with it.
“I am so glad that I started the education program with Jenni for SOULBODY BREATH®. It was designed and led with so much love, effort and competence. I was insecure as there are so many online programs and the price was so little compared to others. In the end I was surprised by a highly qualified training. I feel so much gratitude that Jenni keeps it accessible for everybody.”

The in-person immersive was a perfect balance of learning space and getting a rest from my daily life. Just enough inputs and through all the teaching with each other I experienced a state of relaxation I didn’t even remember was possible. I’m glad 300% about my decision to join this program. Besides that, as a yoga teacher I knew pranayama before. I got to know about high, dynamic breathwork with electronic beats but SBB is a lovely balance of relaxing breath and awakening breathwork. Definitely worth practicing. 🙌🏼💚 Go spoil your nervous system! 🧠
