2.1 Booking and purchase enquiries When you book or purchase an Offering — whether via this website, by invoice, or through a third-party platform — we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide during the booking process. This may include health information disclosed as part of our participant safety screening.

2.2 Contact forms and general enquiries When you contact us via a form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry.

2.3 Email list sign-ups and free offerings When you sign up for a free offering, masterclass, or newsletter via a MailerLite landing page or form, we collect your name and email address. You will receive an email confirmation and, where applicable, access to the requested content. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

2.4 Health information Where participation in an Offering requires health screening — as described in our Terms and Conditions — you may be asked to disclose relevant medical or psychological information. This constitutes special category data under Art. 9 GDPR. It is collected solely for participant safety purposes, is not shared with third parties, and is retained only for the duration of your participation unless retention is required by law.

4.5 Zoom We use Zoom Video Communications Inc., 55 Almaden Boulevard, Suite 600, San José, CA 95113, USA, to deliver online sessions and classes. When you purchase a ticket via Eventbrite, your name, email address, and payment details are processed by Eventbrite in accordance with its own privacy policy. 05. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. The following retention periods apply:

  • Booking and contract data: 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship, in accordance with German commercial law (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO)
  • Health screening data: Duration of your participation in the relevant Offering, then deleted unless retention is required by law
  • Email marketing data: Until you unsubscribe, after which your data is removed from our active list within 30 days
  • Contact form enquiries: 12 months from the date of your enquiry, unless a contract follows
  • Website analytics data: As configured in Google Analytics — maximum 14 months

06. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — you may request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate data
