It is not a class. It is not a technique. It is a container for whatever is ready to be felt.
Each session is guided by our extensively trained facilitators and follows the same four pillars whether you arrive as part of a group or as an individual. What changes is the depth of personalisation. What doesn’t change is the quality of the space.
We use conscious, dynamic breathing with retention.
Breath becomes the bridge between body and spirit, mind and emotion. It opens access to the subconscious, to the parts of you that thinking has never quite been able to reach, and begins to move what’s been held there.
This is not about breathing perfectly. It’s about breathing honestly.
We slow down enough to notice what’s actually here. Sensation. Emotion. Energy.
Through felt-sense awareness, your body becomes part of the conversation. Not something to push through, but something to listen to.
Safety comes first. Then depth follows naturally.
When energy is ready to move, expression supports it.
Movement. Sound. Touch. Simple somatic practices that invite what’s held in the body to finally have somewhere to go. Sometimes this is subtle. A hand placed on the heart, a slow exhalation. Sometimes it’s powerful.
Expression is never forced. It is always an invitation.
Every journey begins and ends here.
Grounding. Body awareness. And our signature quantum meditation, designed to create powerful shifts in perception and presence.
Meditation in this context isn’t about emptying the mind. It’s about learning to witness. When the noise softens, what’s true becomes clearer.
ONE METHOD. TWO CONTAINERS
The same four pillars underpin every SOULBODY BREATH® experience.
What shifts is the container that holds them, and who that container is built for.
group container
You arrive inside a shared field. A theme guides the session – self-love, remembering your power, future visions – and within it, each person follows their own unique process. The group holds something that a single person cannot: a collective energy that often takes the experience somewhere it couldn’t reach alone. Your intention is personal. The space is shared. And there is something truly profound about being witnessed, and witnessing others, in the same moment of arrival.
1:1 private containers
Here, the entire session is built around you. Before the breath begins, a conversation. About where you are, what you’re carrying, what you’re ready for. The intention is crafted together, and the facilitation follows your process in real time. Adjusting, deepening, meeting you exactly where you are. Expression opens more fully here. The work goes further. And the integration that follows is held with the same care as the journey itself. Private containers are available with Jenni directly, or with one of our trained facilitators.
Neither is more right than the other. They are different doors into the same truth. The one that’s right for you is the one that calls.
These are not outcomes to chase.
They are what becomes possible when the body is finally given the space and safety it’s been waiting for.
A QUIETER MIND
The breath guides you beneath the noise, into the subconscious, where limiting beliefs live not as thoughts but as held energy. In that space, perception shifts. New ways of seeing arrive without being forced.
WHAT THE BODY HAS BEEN CARRYING
Emotional release is never the goal of a session. But when the body is ready to discharge what it’s been holding, the breath creates the conditions for it to move through…gently, completely, in its own time.
DEEP PHYSICAL REST
Every experience changes something at a cellular level. Oxygen delivery improves. The stress response softens. Inflammation decreases. Sleep deepens. The body remembers how to recover.
NEW PATHWAYS
By working with the nervous system through activating, then gently regulating, the practice creates space for new patterns to form. Old responses begin to loosen. Something more spacious moves in.
AN EXPANDED VIEW
This is a practice for those willing to look honestly at the patterns keeping them in their current reality. Breathwork creates distance between you and the story, which is enough space to see it clearly, and to choose differently.
THE FELT SENSE OF SOMETHING LARGER
The breath quietens the mind enough that something else becomes audible. Whether you call it the wisdom of the heart, the energy that runs through all living things, or simply your own deeper knowing, it’s there. The breath makes it reachable.
WHAT PEOPLE FIND INSIDE THE WORK
Every SOULBODY BREATH® session is built on four commitments that don’t change regardless of the container.
Somatic embodiment
This isn’t about producing a result. It’s about arriving more fully in the body you’re already in — with curiosity, with compassion, with a willingness to listen to what it’s been trying to say.
Trauma-informed facilitation
Safety is not an afterthought. It is the foundation. Every facilitator is trained to hold the space with transparency, trustworthiness, and a deep awareness of what can arise when the body is given permission to open. You are always in choice.
Ethical excellence
Every session is guided by a commitment to safety, dignity, and respect. Participants are always in control of their own experience. Boundaries are clear. Confidentiality is honoured. And the scope of practice is understood and upheld — always.
INTENTION
Intention is what gives the journey direction. In group sessions, your facilitator brings a theme and invites you to set your personal intention within it. In private sessions, the intention is discovered together — in conversation, before the breath begins — so that the journey has somewhere real to go.
Music is not background. It is part of the method. Chosen thoughtfully to evoke, to guide pace, and to support an experience that moves through you rather than around you.
Expect electronic music, hand pan, shamanic drumming, melodic piano. The playlist shifts with the intention of the session. Listening in before teaching is part of the preparation. The music sets the container before anyone arrives.
Each journey is unique. You might feel physical sensations like tingling, warmth, or waves of energy moving through your body. Emotionally, you may experience release, insights, or a sense of deep peace. Some people have vivid imagery or memories surface, while others simply rest into a profound stillness.
For most people, yes – but breathwork is a potent practice and not suitable for everyone. It’s important to share your health history with your facilitator beforehand and to read the practice waiver before you start. It is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, or serious psychiatric diagnoses. Your facilitator will always guide you safely and encourage you to listen to your body, and offer an alternative way to breathe where needed.
Not at all. You’ll be guided through the entire process and given simple instructions. The breath is something you already do every day, and here, you’re just learning to use it in a more intentional way.
You remain conscious and aware throughout the session. The practice can open the door to altered states of consciousness and expanded awareness, but you are always in choice and can slow down or stop at any time.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe freely in. Bring a bottle of water, and if you like, a journal to capture insights afterward. Everything else you need will be provided.
You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, and more connected to yourself. Some people feel energised and clear; others feel calm and ready to rest. Occasionally, emotions may still be moving through you. This is normal and part of the integration process.
