THE INVITATION
We’ll gather in the Bavarian forest as the days begin to soften and the trees start turning gold. Each day holds a gentle rhythm of yoga, meditation, and breath, and connection practices that are designed to help you come back into your body, quiet the noise, and feel what’s real. There will be space for reflection and simple moments of connection, without pressure to be “on” or have it all figured out.
Between sessions, you’ll have time to rest the way you actually need. Sauna, long exhale afternoons, unhurried walks under tall trees, a stroll down to the lake, a book in the quiet, a nap without guilt. Nature does what it does best here: it reminds you to move a little slower, listen a little deeper, and let what’s been heavy begin to loosen.
This is retreat about remembering who you are beneath the pace, the roles, and the constant doing, so you can leave feeling steadier, clearer, and softer..
OUR ACCOMMODATION
Kraftquelle Waldhaueser will become our home for 2 nights, right in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Bavarian Forest.
Surrounded by fresh forest air, at an altitude of about 1000m, you can put your feet up in individually furnished rooms, with comfortable wooden beds, and surrender to a relaxing sleep with a pleasant feeling.
When booking, you specify your room request between a single, twin or double room or in the studio with up to 3 people (subject to availability). Please note: we reserve the right to divide the rooms appropriately among the participants so that all spots can be fulfilled. If you are travelling with a friend, please specify that in your booking.
Prices vary depending on the category between €253 – €306 including full board.

Our morning practices may include yoga asana, dynamic meditation, pranayama, and/or journalling.
A soft Aroma Yin journey on Saturday will invite you to let go, and allow your body to melt.
You’re guided through moments of reflection, sharing and allowing. Nothing forced. A natural unfolding.
A pathway to explore further than what the conscious mind can see. Expect a softer approach, with deep impact.
Enjoy the barrel sauna at any time, to experience the fullness of relaxation.
Take a walk, listen, and learn how to be with nature, not just in it.
Stay in cosy rooms, uniquely furnished with comfortable beds for a restful nights sleep.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet, and thoughtful crafted vegetarian dinner, as well aa afternoon cake on Friday & Saturday, and tea, water & fruit throughout the day.
Jennifer is a long-standing yoga teacher and breath coach. At the heart of her classes, whether in a group or in 1:1 settings, is the question: How can the practice help participants feel more comfortable in their everyday lives and support them in connecting with themselves more easily?
She draws on expertise that goes beyond the usual yoga teacher trainings. Relaxation practices and breathwork as well as functional breath training are particularly important to her.
This is also reflected in the retreat, where, true to the retreat title Soft September, the focus will be on gently feeling into your own body, reflecting in peace, and establishing a gentle but steady resilience for the rest of the year.

Jenni Turner is the founder of SOULBODY BREATH®, a gentle, trauma-informed breath and body method designed to support nervous system regulation and inner connection. With extensive training in yoga, energy coaching, and mind-body modalities, Jenni brings a grounded, supportive presence to her work.
For the Soft September Retreat, Jenni offers calming, embodied sessions that help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and return to a steadier inner baseline, through breath, movement, and subtle energy practices that feel safe, spacious, and deeply nourishing.

The retreat is bilingual (German and English). Practices, instructions, and sharing circles will be guided in both languages, with gentle translation as needed. We prioritise inclusion and will make sure everyone feels supported, no one will be left out because of language.
