The Method

SOULBODY BREATH is a 90 minute conscious and dynamic breathwork journey to support self-connection and personal transformation. Guided by music and a blend of supportive tools and techniques each session invites you into your own unique process.

Guided by our extensively trained facilitators, each journey weaves together the 4 elements of SOULBODY BREATH®, helping you meet yourself in the moment, connect to what's true, and tune in to your inner guidance system.

Breath

SOULBODY BREATH® uses conscious and dynamic breathing patterns with retention to move you into the subconscious and altered states.  It is the bridge between the physical and the spiritual, and opens you up to access your body’s intelligence and soul’s wisdom. Through this process, energy is moved and the mind-body-heart connection is rebalanced.

Connection

This is a practice of connecting to what is present in the moment, through felt-sense experience, learning emotional and energetic signatures and tones. Through connection to the moment, and establishing safety in the body, you invite your body to the conversation about what it is you want to create in your life.

Expression

Expression is a powerful way to move energy that’s ready to be released. Through movement, touch, sound and somatic practices, you might be invited to express at any stage of the journey, including integration.

Expression happens more powerfully over a number of private sessions.

Meditation

All journeys begin and end with meditation, from grounding, to guided body relaxers, to the signature quantum meditation for powerful shifts. Meditation is the path to turn the attention inwards and witness. It dials down the volume on the internal dialogue, and helps to soften the ego so you can sense what’s true.

The Benefits

By breathing in a specific pattern and rhythm, the breath can guide you into the realms of the subconscious. Here is where limiting beliefs transform, energy shifts, creativity unlocks and a new perception of reality is embodied.

The body is the gatekeeper for healing and growth, because life isn’t lived only through the mind. It’s a body-based experience. Which means your body has experienced life right alongside you in a way that’s usually different from what your mind tells you. Emotional release is never the goal of a journey, but it is a possibility if the body is ready to discharge energy that it’s been holding onto.

Every conscious breath creates a ripple effect at a cellular level. Breathwork improves oxygen delivery, optimizes our blood chemistry, and helps regulate the release of stress hormones and supports sleep. These shifts reduce inflammation, increase energy production within our cells, and create the conditions for deep physical and emotional healing and vitality.

Breathwork transforms the brain. By working with the nervous system through intentional activation and down regulation, resilience is built, energy is moved, the stress response is reduced, and space is created for new neural pathways to form. This process of neuroplasticity allows us to unlearn old habits and emotional patterns, replacing them with more supportive, empowering ways of being.

This is a pathway for self-discovery, for those ready to truly look at their patterns, processes and behaviours that are keeping them attached to their current reality. Breathwork creates space between that current lived experience and the emotions and stories attached to it, so you can zoom out, discover a new perspective through your own inner guidance system, and move through challenges with an expanded awareness.

The breath is a bridge to the spiritual self. The noise of the mind is quietened, and a connection to something larger than ourselves is opened.  Whether that is the wisdom of the heart, the energy that flows through all living beings, or a sense of Divinity. The rhythm of the breath softens our boundaries, dissolves layers of tension and fear, and opens us to a deeper presence. In these moments, breath becomes a bridge, linking body and soul, the seen and the unseen, and allows us to experience life with clarity, surrender, and trust.

The Music

Music is an integral part of the journey, used thoughtfully to evoke emotion, guide the pace and support an immersive experience. Expect anything from electronic music, to hand pan sounds, shamanic drumming and melodic piano.

WHAT STUDENTS SAY

Your Journey Focuses On:

This isn’t about getting an external result. It’s about bringing you closer to yourself, softening around the places that feel tight, and being compassionate and curious on the journey.

Somatic techniques work with your energy and body’s intelligence. Sometimes this is a simple listening technique, and others it’s an invitation to a deeper expression of what’s ready to be seen and heard

Trauma-informed facilitation means an approach that is rooted in safety, trustworthiness & transparency, inclusivity & cultural, historical & gender considerations, empowerment, voice & choice, and knowing the scope of practice.

Facilitation is through a heart-centered, gentle approach and compassionate lens, and the facilitator is trained to recognise and support individuals in moments where energetic charges are present.

Every session is guided by a deep commitment to safety, dignity, and respect. Breathwork can open profound emotional and physical pathways, and participants are always in control of their own experience, with the freedom to pause or stop at any time. Each journey begins with clear information so participants can make informed choices and feel fully prepared. Confidentiality is honoured, diversity and inclusivity are embraced, and professional integrity is upheld through clear boundaries and ongoing learning. This creates a safe, compassionate space for exploration, release, and reconnection.

Intention is what guides the energy. It gives the journey. direction. In group journeys, you are invited to create your personal intention from the teaching/theme shared by your facilitator.

In private sessions you will either bring your intention with you, or be invited into a conversation with your facilitator to discover it based on your current life experience.

FAQ's

What can I expect to experience in a session?

Each journey is unique. You might feel physical sensations like tingling, warmth, or waves of energy moving through your body. Emotionally, you may experience release, insights, or a sense of deep peace. Some people have vivid imagery or memories surface, while others simply rest into a profound stillness.

IS IT SAFE?

For most people, yes – but breathwork is a potent practice and not suitable for everyone. It’s important to share your health history with your facilitator beforehand and to read the practice waiver before you start. It is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, or serious psychiatric diagnoses. Your facilitator will always guide you safely and encourage you to listen to your body, and offer an alternative way to breathe where needed.

DO I NEED ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE?

Not at all. You’ll be guided through the entire process and given simple instructions. The breath is something you already do every day, and here, you’re just learning to use it in a more intentional way.

Will I lose control or feel out of it?

You remain conscious and aware throughout the session. The practice can open the door to altered states of consciousness and expanded awareness, but you are always in choice and can slow down or stop at any time.

What should I bring or wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe freely in. Bring a bottle of water, and if you like, a journal to capture insights afterward. Everything else you need will be provided.

How will I feel afterwards?

You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, and more connected to yourself. Some people feel energised and clear; others feel calm and ready to rest. Occasionally, emotions may still be moving through you.  This is normal and part of the integration process.
