Not because you haven’t tried.
But because this layer was never accessible through the mind alone.

THE TOOLKIT
The foundation of everything. Conscious, dynamic breath that moves what thinking has never been able to reach, opening access to the subconscious, shifting energy that has been held in the body, and creating the conditions for everything else to go deeper.
The body is not a bystander in this work. Somatic practice builds the felt sense of safety, presence, and trust from the inside out, through movement, sensation, and a quality of listening to the body that most of us were never taught. What the body holds, the body can release.
Using hypnosis, NLP, and EFT to access what lives below conscious awareness. The beliefs, patterns, and stories that subtly shape how you feel, how you choose, and how you move through the world. This is where the deepest roots of things can finally be reached and worked with directly.
The integrating layer. Working with the energetic and emotional patterns underneath the surface…what’s driving the over-giving, the self-doubt, the sense that something is always slightly off.

This work asks something of you. Not perfection. Not having it figured out. Just a genuine willingness to show up for yourself, honestly, curiously, without needing it to look a certain way.
All sessions take place online from the comfort of your home. This supports you with integration post-session, which could be a moment where you feel extra sensitive and need to avoid busy, public spaces.
Breathwork and coaching can support emotional release, stress reduction, improved focus, better sleep, and a deeper sense of connection and ease. It can also help you grow, rewire your patterns and shift your energy to something more aligned. Each person’s experience is unique. Some feel immediate shifts, while others notice gradual transformation over time.
That’s completely natural. Breathwork often helps release stored emotions and energy. You’ll be fully supported throughout the process, with grounding techniques and space to integrate whatever arises safely.
