We don’t follow a rigid structure.

But you will be held through a clear, intentional process:

  • You’ll arrive with space to land and set an intention.
  • We’ll begin with energy coaching conversation to bring awareness to what is present.
  • You’ll be guided into your breath, the entry point into the body.
  • From there, we follow what emerges, moment by moment.
  • There is no performance, nothing to get right
  • Only an unfolding that’s supported, witnessed, and gently guided.

FAQ's

What if I don’t know what will come up?

You don’t need to. The session isn’t about predicting or controlling the experience.  It’s about creating a safe space where whatever is ready can emerge.

What if nothing happens?

Something always happens, but not always in the way the mind expects. This work is subtle, and often the shifts are felt more than they are seen.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a somatic and breathwork-based experience. It can be deeply supportive, but it’s not a replacement for clinical therapy.

Do I need experience with breathwork?

No. You’ll be guided through everything. Your only role is to stay present with what you feel.

HOW DO I PREPARE?

You’ll receive everything you need before the session, including a welcome video and preparation guidance.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?

You’ll receive integration support to help you stay connected to the experience as it settles.
